MS Series
20, 30 & 40 Amp

MENNEKES MS Series Switches are a compact and economical series of non-fused switches designed for use as a motor disconnect when used on a branch motor circuit.

Switches are rated from 5-20 hp and are available with an early break auxiliary contact option. All units are padlock capable to aid in the compliance of OSHA LO/TO requirements.

Features and Benefits
  • Enclosure - Features top and bottom NPT threaded hub entries. Constructed of corrosion resistant nylon material. Provided with two threaded hole plugs.
  • Switch Block - Is DIN rail mounted to facilitate wiring and features "finger proof" terminals. Contacts are mounted on a common bridge bar to effectively prevent a phase imbalance should a contact weld.
  • Auxiliary Contacts - Designated by suffix M2, are built within the switch and provide early break and late make switching for interface to VFD's, starters and PLC's, sized 1 N/O; 1 N/C. Auxiliary contacts are also available in field installation kits.
  • Padlockable Handle - Low profile rotary design can accommodate multiple padlocks to aid in the compliance of OSHA LO/TO requirements. (Reg. 1910-147)
