MENNEKES NEMA 4X Stainless Steel Motor Disconnects are a series of 3 pole 600V Switches with a maximum rating of 50hp. Ideally suited for installation on branch motor circuits as a load rated lock-out device, units are "Suitable as Motor Disconnect" per NEC Article 430 Requirements.

Available in three enclosure sizes, all units have a 180° Swing Door cover for convenient access to the interior. Pour-in-place gasket, stainless hardware and compact size allow for use in numerous applications where water and corrosion are present. MENNEKES ST series switches are a rugged and economical alternative to large blade style stainless switches.

• NEMA 4X Enclosure - Seamless gasket provides a watertight and dust-tight seal. 16 gauge Type 304 stainless steel enclosure protects against impact and corrosive environments.
• Padlockable Handle - Low profile rotary design can accommodate multiple padlocks to aid in the compliance of OSHA LO/TO requirements. (Reg 1910.147)
• Auxiliary Contacts - Provided factory direct, contacts offer early break and late make switching for interface to VFD's, starters and PLC's. Sized 1 N/O; 1 N/C, auxiliary contacts are also available in field installation kits.
• Enclosure Alternatives - Three enclosure sizes are available, all with hinged doors. The ST1A box is compact in size and utilizes a door mounted switch for ease of wiring. The ST2A / ST3A disconnects feature base mounted components and an interlocked door to prevent opening of the enclosure when in the "ON" position.
• Modular Design - DIN rail mounted switch block or door mounted switch can easily be removed during initial installation. Field service requirements are facilitated with ability to replace switch block, ground terminal and operator handles.
